Hello! I hope that everyone on the US east coast is staying dry and safe as we weather Hurricane Sandy. At times like these I think about all of the Emergency Services Personnel that risk their lives every day to keep us safe in so many situations. I am so thankful for all they do, and will never be able to thank them enough. Every year around September 11th, our MOMS Club visits our local fire department and brings baked goods as a small token of our thanks for all of their hard work and sacrifice. Our children get to go on a tour and learn some important safety information. It is always a wonderful experience. These cookies are from September 2011.
This was a really fun set to make! I love doing a wide variety of colors and designs!! It takes longer, but I find it much more enjoyable to make!!
